| Hi, I'm new to this forum and have been lurking around for a while now. I decided to start using matterport and did my first test and had some issues... Firstly the house we tested on had marble stairs...which made it impossible to scan for some reason, we then showed the stairs as mirrors thinking that there is a reflection on them and it worked don't knonw if anyone else had this problem? Also when we uploaded it and it came back we could not go up the stairs after thinking for a bit it seems that u can remove the "mirrors" and it would work... Second and this is the place where i need some help with... The circles are floating in the air for some reason and i cannot find out why.  3. We have noticed at some point from a certain point of view a piece of the table was not visible.  Anyone who can help me with this? |

| The circles are Mattertags that you put in while in workshop mode. It looks like you scanned to close to the table or some other kind of alignment issue. Try closing blinds when scanning the stairs. |

| I wasn't talking about the matter tag but the place I had scanned near the window. The two spots are both in the air and I was wondering if it's because I scanned to close to a window? | ||
