 I have been using Firefox for years and when I started viewing Matterport it was working fine. I updated Firefox and then I got this message and it hasn't worked since. So now I am using Chrome (it works) but I'd rater use Firefox. I have done all that has been requested of me in the "OOP" message. |

| Hi there... This happened to me on Safari. the plugin was reset not to allow it .. Check your preferences is what Tim suggested I do and that solved the problem!! | ||

| Have you tried "killing" the Firefox process? Usually, when I get this message, it's a memory issue with my browser (I admit it, I use IE!)... when I restart it completely, it then works fine. Matt |

| I got the same thing and I brought it up with Matterport support. They told me that it was an issue with a new release of Firefox. Ive been using Safari til Firefox updates again. But if there is a preference setting that could be useful... |

| @BarrieFisherPhoto / @JRMaddox, what version of Firefox are you running? It's working on my 45.0.1 (3/16/16) and 45.0.2 (updated 4/11/16 today!). The release notes on 0.1 and 0.2 reference fixes for various media. One of the great things about Mozilla is filing bug reports is open to the public. If forum members run into issues with Firefox you can always file a bug (or ask Matterport after troubleshooting). |
