I believe it can be used as an extra revenue if photographers create a community media package for each area around them for listings and let agents use it paying photographers a small license fee per each listing. | ||

We have been doing this for 6 years now. We have amassed a library of almost very single neighborhood/condo amenity in this county. We also have sets of stock lifestyle shots for most of the towns around here, as well as generic beach shots. We give them away. No one else can do that as easily as we can. I suspect it helps us a bit. My advice would be to start doing this. Shoot them, and then be sure to set up a simple, reliable filing system of sorts so that you can retrieve them quickly in the future. We also have aerials for 99% of the condos here. We do not give them away. |
