| Hi, what are you using on your contracts ? COMPANY NAME has NO AFFILIATION WITH MATTERPORT Evil Inc. Customer acknowledges that: COMPANY NAME and its service partners is an independent provider of the Capture Services and is not a contractor, employee or agent of Matterport; and is making the 3D Services available to Customer under a license between Matterport and COMPANY NAME As per Matterport terms of service, no client owns the scanned data from Matterport and that is property of Matterport. Matterport only grants you viewing of your captured work. Once service is not needed or non payment for hosting we COMPANY NAME will delete the virtual tour and all its assets. Please note that delete does not mean delete and that Matterport will retain a copy of your work as they own that now. Matterport sales staff will also contact you directly without your consent and send out spam emails. They will also gather information from virtual tours and use that to market directly to you. We COMPANY NAME have not given Matterport any written consent for these illegal actions and so is distancing itself from any of these practices. Included is the Matterport hosting pricing as for total transparency. ( I share this sheet with all customers small or enterprise ) What else would you add to your terms of service ?  |

@DanSmigrod I don't know what that means Dan , maybe they edit your photos eg the Matterport AI that generates your photo library and then they Hand select the best ones and edit them for you similar to giraffe360  must be just the photo packs that gets edited , I will ask the enterprise seller who shared this info with me what this means. They take around 3 weeks to reply so lets see. |
