Hi All, Would you like to add a nadir logo patch to all the 360s within your Matterport digital twin? Perhaps either: 1. your client's logo/website 2. your logo/email address 3. co-branding (you, your client) Could you offer this nadir logo patch service as an Add On to add value to your client (and make more money for you)? How much would you be willing to pay for this tool? I could imagine that this would be easy for a developer to do with the Matterport API/SDK, if the developer(s) reading this saw that there was enough interest in this tool. Since there are already third-party developers than enable virtual staging within a Matterport tour - such as Listing3D and CAPTUR3D, I could imagine that enabling adding a nadir logo patch is doable. Your thoughts? Best, Dan |

Hi @DanSmigrod, We offered our clients a nadir patch on Tourmake DSLR 360 tours using their branding. Our experience was that it was a neat feature which caught the potential client’s eye during the sale process. If it was a free added value feature, then the clients were happy. Clients were generally reluctant to pay any additional fee for the service. If you are going to add your own details, then it needs to be present on all the samples you show the clients prior to them signing a contract. Clearly stating that the default position is that you feature your own branding would allow no branding for a small fee, or client branding at an additional cost. On Dan’s very neat sample I would suggest it would be easier to read if the ‘TOUR BY’ was in the darker blue which is being used as a background to the inner circle. Even better would be to just repeat the URL ‘WEGETAROUNDNETWORK.COM’ twice, with red dots between them. People are smart enough to join the dots. Oliver |

@Gladsmuir you are very correct in what you are saying. You add that extra little value and makes your tours stand out from all the generic looking Matterport tours. Yes I fully agree that this must be free, as clients don't pay extra. And by just making your tours look better than lazy Joe MSP down the road that is charging so cheap you can charge more for your better looking tours. Also to have all the branding removed from the tours like Matterport logo , and also give us customers URL's ans the Matterport URL's are very very stupid. Cant believe that they have not updated that yet. Oh wait they did not have time because they need to call our customers to sell cameras. By also doing this you stop other agents stealing your Virtual Tours and flogging as their own. Its easy to just add to the URL and remove all contact info , better yet dot add any contact info so Matterport cant call your customers. Imagine that the circles you can just load your Nidar patch and it will auto add them with no extra time waisted trying to import them or positioning it with xyz, especially with Matterport models having these holes in them. |
