| Just out of interest sake what I happening with the civil case against Matterport ? Also if guys on the forum can PM evidence of Matterport contacting their clients directly by taking information of OUR tours from OUR customers. I need it for a call with Matterport , as after waring their sales agents, they went again and started harassing my client. This needs to stop NOW. It just shows you that Matterport is in such financial problems that they need to sell to our clients. But hopefully soon this Monopoly will come crumbling down. |

| This is Tom Zimmerman. I am one of the attorneys representing the plaintiffs in the class action lawsuit against Matterport. The judge denied Matterport's motion to dismiss the case. We are now engaged in discovery, and Matterport is providing us with information and documents. That will continue for the next several months, and then we will start taking depositions of Matterport's officers and directors, Matterport's employees with knowledge of the issues in the case, and any third parties who may have pertinent information.
