Matterport Spaces are greyed out and inaccessible on platform15647

Has anyone else ever run into this? I have not and there doesn't seem to be much online about it. When I login to Matterport to access my Spaces, they are greyed out and I am unable to click on them to view or edit. See attached screen shot. It is very strange. Perhaps I am doing something simple wrong or perhaps my Matterport account crashed. I have a support ticket in but am pressed to get a job edited so thought I would reach out here as well.

Did you try logging in from a different browser? E.g., Firefox or Safari rather than Chrome?

Yeah I'm thinking it's a browser issue and perhaps you might have some type of ad blocking where certain elements of the website can't be displayed because of your fort Knox level security. It's a strange thing but this tends to be a browser related issue not necessarily a platform related issue in my experience. And despite all my gripes about matterport it seems to be the most proficient platform I've really used in my whole life.

Ok, yes, thanks. It working on Firefox. I'll try to decrease my security settings in Chrome.

it can be a local cache browser issue. Press & hold Ctrl and press F5 a few times when you see the same again.
