can anyone that has a Z1 recommend which tripod is best . looking at doing interior of cars for show rooms.

I use the official Ricoh one and have been really happy with it as very stable, and extremely lightweight and portable(if outdoors would recommend the weight too) Ryan

Do not put a tripod inside a car. It is much easier to capture through an open window.

You can learn from Maxim Bobylev on Facebook. He is doing a lot of car interior tours. That's one of his posts

For what I have I would use Manfrotto 190 with a central column set parallel to a ground and attach a monopod to it to extend it & put a camera inside a car.
