Well whether you're shooting at 1,000 ft condo or an 8,000 square foot house the MLS is only going to allow 50 photos. Regardless of the clients size of the dwelling I aim to get 40 to 50 shots they can use interior and exterior. Sometimes I'll get 80 shots and that's dead zone time that you lose in editing. An hour to an hour and a half. | ||

Depends on quality they paid for. If we're shooting all ambient it should be 45-60 minutes. Mid-level (ambient plus some on camera flash) will take 90 minutes. Ambient plus multiple flashes will take about 2 hours. We would typically deliver about 33 images on a nice 2500 SF house. |
