Video: Thought-Starter on How to Get Inbound Leads from a Neighborhood | Video courtesy of Glenn Tremain YouTube Channel | 18 August 2021 Video: Thought-Starter on How to Get Inbound Leads from a Neighborhood Landing Page Hi All, This video (above) is a thought-starter for real estate photographers and real estate agents that specialize in a neighborhood (that potential home buyers seek a home / agents research a specific neighborhood. Create a landing page for that neighborhood with your virtual tour content. The thought-starter is from Nail Soup Media Director Glenn Tremain (@GlennTremain). I encourage you to subscribe to the Glenn Tremain YouTube Channel to spot gems like this as well as his Facebook page: Nail Soup Media Glenn Tremain Coaching. Your thoughts? Dan Transcript (video above) Glenn Tremanin: "Coto De Caza 3D virtual tours homes for sale." That's when someone says, "Hey honey, I want to buy that high-end community, but I don't want to schlep all over the place. Can we find the list of 3D virtual tour so we can see everything virtually?" They google this phrase and anything else. Then they go and there you are, right there. We got to make it to where it's going to this page, but we've got to create a page where it goes straight to Coto De Caza, so it goes to all of these. I'll figure out a way. Then what will be nice is, we're not going to use this page, we're going to make a custom page so that it has the properties, and then it can go ahead and have agent profiles, like here [are] your top agents. You can have an ad here, that can showcase them. Then it goes to a page on the site that showcases the agent, and you start marketing that way for all the top communities that are in there. That's the plan. |

Honestly? This makes ZERO sense for a Real Estate photographer. Our net profit on one additional photos only shoot is like what? $50, maybe $75. That's way too much work in just the hope of reaping a tiny reward. Now, if it was Realtor? I'd still say you'd be way better off advertising Facebook or Nextdoor. Go where the eyeballs are. |
