This happens a lot with first time agents, or agent that just don’t seem to care they just want the sale.

I have a few agents that bring me in the same day that they're signing with the customer, but I've done 3D scans for so many messy places, hate to say that some agents don't really care. And then I have the agents that are perfectionists, sort of like me when it comes to my work. I'm not paid to clean and stage but I will if I have to. And similarly I've had homeowners that have completely cleaned out a kitchen with breakneck speed. The best way to describe the variety of agents I work with is to think of a cornucopia.

I have had very few that were not scan ready. That said I figure that’s as good as it’s going to get, and scan. The clients comment usually is something along the lines of, they were told what needed to be done. It is what it is….

I think would be a good topic too add, how do you handle a property that you arrive at and can’t scan due to it not being ready. For instance remodeling materials or tools left onsite. Unpainted areas etc.
