| As I'm capturing screen grabs or PHOTOS on the editing screen, the photos are slow to render and then result in black screen grabs. Any solutions? Matterport support was able to generate the screen captures, however they are using WIndows. I'm on a Mac with MS Mojave using Chrome - Safari doesn't make a difference. They hinted it may be a system issue. The other alternative as a deadline fix is to use a screen capture and Photoshop out the icon and gridlines.  |

| @Wonderdawg snapshots are working on my M1 Mini ~ I do not rely on the photos captured from a Matterport tour though I opt to shoot traditional stills while on site  |

| @Wonderdawg You may also try clearing caches and rebooting your Machine hitting the Matterport dashboard via your iPad would also be worth a shot to see if you can get proper image captures |

| I appreciate it - I generally shoot stills as well; some clients are matterport only, so I have pull two money shots from their matterport to use as thumbnails. I’ll try out your suggestions! |

| When I first started my journey I shot Matterport only and all my images came from my matterport camera, until I purchase my Nikon D750 and lenses, and I would never consider such a thing ever again. At no price. Night and day difference. | ||
