Hey everyone, I scanned an unconventional scan that included traveling down long hallways, into an elevator, up to the second floor, created a new floor, and finally down a few more hallways. The processed scan doesn't show a second floor at all but scan points on the first floor jump me to second floor scan points randomly. Has anyone completed something like this? Also, do ceiling-mounted mirrors create issues? Appreciate the feedback! https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=idqT129rLu3&brand=0 |

@NC3D In order to scan the second floor you must use the stairs, once processed you disable those scans then you use deep links to go from 1st to 2nd floor and vice-versa. |

What @tredepro said. Matterport thinks there is only one floor. You need to build a psth to the second floor via a physical connection....like a stairway. You also need to have a significant number of scans on that second floor (ie 10 or more) in order for the second floor to be recognized and added to the model.

Since you tried to use an elevator to go to the second floor, I would suggest you delete all the 2nd floor and elevator scans, then go back and make the second floor connection via a stairway.
