| About Matterport Pro Wanted Posts | Text Me When a Help Wanted Post Appears in the WGAN Forum --- The We Get Around Network has a need for Matterport Pro in El Paso, TX. ---- The Owner of Apartment Buildings Writes ✓ Location: El Paso, TX ✓ Space Type: Three (3) Apartment Buildings - Three Apartment Buildings (Please See Client Description Below) ✓ Deadline: Completed on Thursday, 1 July 2021 ✓ Deliverables: Matterport 3D Tour uploaded to Client's Matterport Cloud Account + Other Digital Assets (please see below) ✓ Additional Details Provided by Client I have three apartment buildings I would like 3D mapped. I would like google street view for all three going around the entire property, into the leasing office, through the amenity spaces. I also want 3d scans of each unit type and each variation of each unit type. In some cases they change slightly by floor or positioning, some are just mirror images in which case it wouldn't be necessary. However, we also have units that have been renovated and they have different layouts due to having walls, soffits, closets, etc. moved. I need these done most importantly in order to generate highly accurate floorpans with measurements of each unit type and the clubhouses for renovation work. I also want to do virtual staging for all the apartments. So I want to generate 3D computer imagery also from the floorpans and virtually stage those apartments or if possible we can do that from the matterport scans. I would like to potentially film some exterior and interiors with some nice steady cams shots to. show off the properties. However, due to our project renovations, a lot of this is for before and after shots. This being the before images. Although we do have 22 units that have been upgraded however they are mostly occupied. Since I own a matter port scanner I am very familiar with the process. However, I am not married to doing the work with matter port. It could be one of the other vendors that seem to be providing equally if not better results. The square footage is based off the fact that we have 18 units types at lease with an average square footage of 700 each. Our biggest clubhouse is probably 2500 square feet. The others are closer to 1000. If you are able to do or refer someone who can take real estate stills of the properties this would also be a bonus.
