May be. Maybe not in 2021 though. The good news is that our Matterport volume more than doubled last year over 2019. The bad news is it has slid back to a point that is more like 50% above 2019. And it seems to be slowing still. | ||

For all local agents I know one independent started using 3D tours during Covid-19 last year. she still does it for almost any property she sells. I could not sell it to her though, she was quite rude when I called to offer it to her. Tried to convert her to my service and failed again. She just said without any interest in my rates and discounts for her "I am happy with my 3D tour guy" She is still not explaining anywhere that she is using 3D tours. So the guy she is using definitely has not explained to her that she can get more listings offering 3D tours. |
