Uploading issue - please help!!14748

I've done over 200 Matterport Tour and have never had a model/space. Right now, it is giving me an error where it looks like it starts uploading, sometimes even gets to 60-62%, and then the big red error cloud pops up, and it won't upload. I've tried the following:

Close / reopen Capture App
Disconnect from WiFi and try to upload with cell service.
Reset my phone completely.
I've even tried deleting the app, removing all my previous models, and uploading a new one, and even that isn't working.

I'm hoping it's a temporary server issue of some sort, because I have two models that I am desperate to upload! Any input is much appreciated.

It may be a regional problem with these storms, may not even be Matterport, as it fails almost immediately in most cases. Only thing to do is wait a few and keep trying. Thanks Dan..

@Jrphoto export the job file package and send them to matterport support mail box as attachment link. Ask them to handle it manually.

Submit a problem to matterport and see if it actually shows up in the logs, as seen in the status.matterport.com

Uploading models working again now.
I guess it was a temporary glitch.

Sorry for not responding sooner - it looks like it must have been a server issue (?) as it's now back up and running like normal. Scared me for a moment, but I think everything is okay, thanks for the replies!
