| Hello, I'm working with a client for the past few months, a large U.S. University with a large portfolio of buildings to capture. I've personally scanned about 80 of them since last summer, and there are other MP scanner folks on the team also. We are pushing the limits of what Matterport can do, and although have learned a lot, our support interactions with Matterport tech. staff leave much to be desired..even though the University is a top tier client that you would expect should receive all the help they need. We feel we need more technical insight about how they actually fix problems (e.g. unpancaking floors, fixing alignments, limits on no.of total spins in a model etc). I'm reaching out to see if there might be an Ex-Matterport Engineer or Technical person on the forum, that might be willing to consult with us, and help us plan and avoid issues, and also help us understand how things actually get done within the inner tech sanctum. Wish we could speak directly to the engineers , but instead have to go through the layers of customer support, and well, you all know how painful that can be sometimes. Are you, or someone you know, a Guru with inner Matterport knowledge that could be our "go to" person as we continue our large project (expected to continue though this summer)? Thanks for any advice / recommendations Hope all you Matterporters out there are surviving or thriving in this unique time! |

| @noddy Are you getting pancaking with a Matterport Pro 2? If the answer is you are using a spherical device you don’t need a tech, you just need a Pro 2 | ||
