Hey everyone, Currently I work for a hotel as Marketing Media Specialist (in Tola, Nicaragua, mostly doing content for our website and Social Media platforms). I presented the idea of Matterport and it was an instant hit, the company has enough budget to cover the cost of MP2 and a Professional or Business subscription plan so the CEO didn't hesitate to make the investment. After 6 months of doing almost 2-3 properties per week exclusively here, I want to make a side business to offer 3d tours in different cities of the country as there's a lot of opportunities since there are no competitors and hopefully make it my main business. I plan to purchase a Z1 but not convinced which service I should use. I understand Matterport fully now since I've been using it 6 months and WGAN forum has helped me a LOT!! I have tried Cloudpano and Kuula. Ideally I would like to offer Matterport as I believe its the best one overall, however, Im not sure if I would be able to cover the costs. As background, Nicaragua is the 2nd poorest country of Latin America so our economy is not the best. I have a couple questions, How can I can get an idea of the pricing? What are the must-haves or must-do before setting up my side business? What should I include in my business plan? Thank you!! Rodrigo |

Z1 is a good choice, good quality. And Kuula is a nice platform, but you should also have a look at self-hosted solutions like 3DVista and krpano (also with Dollhouse but krpano needs some coding skills). Sometimes in the B2B you will need self-hosted solutions. | ||

@rodrigocastillo Does this help? ✓ Free WGAN Cheat Sheet: Which Virtual Tour Platform is Best (for Me)? It's likely that "which camera" and "which platform" are a function of "which category" that you will focus on. As @MeshImages says, the Ricoh Theta Z1 likely will be your go to 360 camera for any platform that you select. Dan |
