Have a home with just studs - no walls built yet. I know I can matterport such a space, but can anyone build that space out with walls and provide a 3D walkthrough of that space and what it COULD POSSIBLY look like??? Also - with just studs in place, can Matterport create an accurate floorplan from that?? |

You could do it from a Matterport floor plan but, it was a little more money This was from dwg floor plans https://www.boxbrownie.com/360/?c=3d7e46c46b4144fb9e74e2b94b0591efd64548f7 |

@pixelray If Matterport cannot I have a guy who coul most likely but, getting the dwg’s from the builder would be the way to go. I would also recommend spending a little time putting together a color board (materials being used for the completion) colors, materials, stone & wood options etc |

@pixelray I am using Home3Ds and I am super happy with this service. They can draw accurate floorplans from anything (Matterport, Google Earth, drawing) and they create great walking tours with 360 Renderings or in 3D Realtime (shapespark). All services very affordable and in good quality. |

@pixelray please show me your showcase link, we can generate a free x-ray style floormap for your reference. That will be easier to draw a floorplan from our x-ray style floormap. | ||

Hey @pixelray You have a few options depending on your budget and what you want to achieve: 1 - image of virtually staged unit - boxbrownie is the cheap and quick option 2 - for marketing online, I would suggest a 3d render video mixed with motion graphics - can get lots of info into 60, easy to share online etc: https://www.captate.com/portfolio/3d-video-for-multifamily-real-estate-development/ 3 - for online or in-person sales meetings, a streamed 3d virtual tour (similar user experience to MP) https://www.captate.com/3dtour/ - the streaming can take 1-2min to load (unless pay for fast streaming), why we recommend to use it in meetings where preload is possible TBH at Captate we have developer virtual tour tech for a few years, but for smaller lower budget projects, video is the way to go. Most people have a short attention span online and you can get all the relevant info into 60s. A Video like the one I showed would start from $1999 email me if you need further info - conor@captate.com |
