The one variable I would like to know as Dan pointed out 80 job openings, when 2 weeks ago it was 70. Does that mean they have increased their overall staffing, or have they lost that many employees. Still a good product but you can only dump so much money into a sinking ship before it sinks, I just wish I knew. They keep up a good face, I have seen where investors keep investing but I don't understood when they review Matterport they don't see the number of complaints with long term users for customer service. I have an open ticket for over 6 months and like @Kumar pointed out I have not got a response from the same support person. But as a long term user I am still around. | ||
