| For those of you who are also providing 2D floor plans as a service, it's pretty important to include the garage in the floor plans. But most of the time, I don't like to include the garage in the main 3D tour but I still want the measurements and dimensions. Rather than pull out a tape measure, just use the Matterport Camera and scan the garage once or twice. If you use 2 or less scans, the processing is free. | @Queen_City_3D That drone footage is actually from a competitor. He does great work! The listing agent had me do the Matterport and Floor Plans then incorporate it all into a website. |
