| I seriously hope open beta has gone better than closed did. I had to sign on to that when I got an insurance gig, not realizing that that was a separate permission needed kind of thing. It took almost a week to get approved for it, by which time they no longer wanted the files. Thankfully they still paid for the base scan. The next time around was on the last day of closed beta. I did the scan during closed beta, and ordered the file the next morning, when we were now supposed to be in ‘open’ beta. Somehow this rendered my scan impossible to order files from. in the end I had to rename the scan and upload anew, then order it - and dispute the second charge for processing that they swore I wouldn’t get, later. I’m hoping people’s experience since then has been better! Ryan |
