VRBO tour published via Matterport: Anyway to improve the result?14060

| I uploaded an MP tour today to VRBO. I received the email stating it was done even though when I uploaded it told me it could take 12 hours. The problem is the VRBO tour is basically non-functional. I get stuck in rooms with no way to get out and there just aren't any dots on the floor in an entire room. I know they strip it down to be on VRBO but did I do something wrong? Below is the link: clickable text |

| @fotoguy You didn't do anything wrong per se. I've done dozens of these to varying degrees of success. I try to keep the scan path as simple as possible and make sure that each scan isn't too far from the last one and is clearly visible. You can try de-publishing, then re-publishing it, but frankly, I've not had much success with that. Oh, and Matterport support is non-existant. Good Luck - Keith |

| I can click in the circles and "move" from one 36' photo to another one. I dont like it but I cannot see any error. |

| This product has actually gotten worse over time. Initially, there were some glitches in the tour creation, but the tour functioned better IMO. Now, it's often a jumble. Keith |

| If I start on Floor 2, there is no place to go. I can look around the room but there are no dots to click on so I can move out of the room. | ||

| Is anyone having success with Matterport on VRBO? I have tried a few times and the tours are unusable on VRBO. Scan points for fist level are on the floor of the second level and second level scans are located on the ceiling of the first level. Am I doing something wrong? | ||
