I recently completed a 65,000 sq ft scan.
today due to updating showroom etc, i have been asked to re scan approx
30,000 sq ft...are there any any services that offer stitching 2 scans together
As i see it the way the showroom lays out i will be re doing the left side of store
we then have a neck or walkway to right side which is fine..i need to stitich the new left to the old
right?

Directions please..and i do not want to use a Mattertag not neat enough

The only way to do it without a matter tag is a request to Matterport

And make sure you make some redundant/overlapping scan points in both models.

@Gerhard Sorry to inform you Dee no longer works at Matterport, I was looking for her and was told by MP support she no longer worked there and would say no more.

@Integratedman I know there is a mind set to put two models together and make one large one. I was one of those too. But after doing a few I did not like the way your required to work you way thru to get from one end to the other. I was looking for another resolution when Show & Tour reached out with their product. I started think about it and I like the presentation of there product and me I am rethinking large projects especial multiple floor.

I copied the link from their post. I think this is a better resolution. The only thing you loose from combination is the single doll house model.

@ron0987

Wait. What do you mean you “after doing a few?” We’re you able to Dee-ize 2 tours yourself?

@HarlanHambright No I did a few large projects no combinations thru Dee, but none were combination projects. I just found that large projects have a tendency to be too tedious to work your way thru. I think breaking up the tours in smaller segments for the viewer. Not to say there may be a need for just one large project to view. I was looking for Dee she did a post talking about combining two tours similar to Cupix Works a before and after side by side viewing. I reached out for that not combining tours and that is when I was told she was gone.
