@DanSmigrod, I have a very long driveway. 30 miles west of Boston. After snow blowing and digging out twice I think we’re good until the next storm. We have to dig paths for our small dog as well. Good times.

A mixed bag. A couple shot with my Sony A7Rii, one Mavic 2Pro, others from my truck and iPhone. |

@DanSmigrod, no, we got about a foot here. Enough that I had to snow blow the driveway twice. If you do it all at the end it can be a problem, particularly if the weather changes to rain or wet snow. That wasn't the case here, but it's a little early for this sort of storm. Hopefully not a sign of what sort of Winter we are in for.

Also, because we are used to snow, roads are dealt with immediately. Not like your neck of the woods where everything would come to a stand-still if you got more than an inch. I've lived in a number of places and I am aware of the varying levels of "snow response". But one thing EVERY news outlet has in common: precipitation of any kind is a pending crisis!

Although now longtime in LA, I grew up in Chicago. This was a typical winter there back when I was a kid. I shoveled a lot of snow, but it was also a gas to play in. Not so much fun when it came to digging your car out of the drifts after the plow came by.
