VRBO publishing from Matterport issues: can you help?13668

| We've done a number of Matterports for VRBO properties but they aren't appearing on the site. (VRBO says it should appear in 5 minutes). I've spent an hour or two with their support so far with no luck. Any experiences in getting these to magically appear on VRBO? | ||

I saw from some of your earlier topics where the MSP found Matterport to be the issue. VRBO is telling me they have a known issue they are looking into. Maybe I'm just lucky and it's only mine  |

| @dave3d I would still ask Matterport. Sometimes they will know of "known issues" ... I could imagine that the Matterport Product team responsible for VRBO integration would want to reach out to their VRBO counterparts to help expedite ... Dan |

| They said their issue was "browser related". I've asked for more information and clarification from them. (It sounds like they know what's up.) I'm not "under the gun" on this one so I'll give them a bit of time to respond before I invest more time with Matterport support. | ||
