@PickChuck The Mavic mini, Mavic Air 2, and this new little mini 2 run on DJI’s fly app not the Go4 app |

@lilnitsch I have the new app. It was having a problem with my email and couldn't find my account. When I used it again it said "Email already in use". Fortunately I am a domain squatter so I have many emails to use. I am charged and about to go through some tutorials before I fly. Thanks for looking out for me. Chuck |

@PickChuck There was also a firmware update this weekend ~ It improves battery performance (make sure to update all 3 batteries), it also improves the pano stitching, & I believe smart controller support but, I do not have the Smart controller to test |

@lilnitsch I'll install those. So the Mavic Mini 2 will work with the smart Controller? I am having some mixed results. Good results, longer workflow than I want. If you are at a point in your day and up for a phone call maybe we can chat. (615) 428-7631. Chuck |

@PickChuck I am just getting ready to walk out the door for a shoot. I do not own a smart controller so, I cannot confirm. I just saw mention in the release notes |

https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/DJI_Mini_2/DJI_Mini_2_Release_Notes_EN.pdf the last bullet point: Added support for DJI RC-N1 Remote Controller. The DJI RC-N1 Remote Controller can be used with DJI Mini 2 as well as Mavic Air 2 (requires DJI Fly v.1.2.0 or later). |

@lilnitsch Nice on the controller. I have a Mavic 2 pro sitting in my cart at Adorama right now. I was weighing the pro's and con's of getting an Air 2 or 2 pro. I have a sales guy at Adorama and he says if the Mavic 2 pro goes on sale for Black Friday they credit one's account. Amazon doesn't I am trying to decide if I keep the super fun Mavic Mini 2. I just read an article where they are saying that the Mavic 3 maybe summer of 2021 before I comes out. So that kinda makes my decision about using the Mavic Mini 2 until it comes out or bite the bullet and make money with the 2 pro now. Warning...Rumor https://dronexl.co/2020/10/12/new-mavic-3-released-summer-2021/ @EaglePrecision You sir are right about your steps ups to quality. I am getting acceptable images for Real Estate but if I want to create better panoramas and sell them framed or lower light images I need to step up to the Pro 2. I guess I am not practicing what I preach and possibly harder on my images than the realtors are. Chuck P.S. The bundle I have in my cart comes with the smart controller. I work with a photographer that has the smart controller and he says it makes all the difference in the world to him. |

@lilnitsch Have a great shoot. Shoot fast. I did a shoot on Sunday starting at 3pm and after I did a drone, Zillow, 360 VR and stills I was pushing the darkness. It was an empty house with no light in the living room. Cheers, Chuck |

@PickChuck The Mavic Pro 2 & Mavic 2 Zoom are both nice birds (we own both) ~ I haven't flown the Air 2 |

Here is a listing I did over the weekend. Empty house with several lights out. ' The Aerial 360 was done with the Mavic Mini 2 and the ground 360's are from the Z1. I processed the Aerial 360 using the DNG's with PtGUI and the Z1's in Lightroom and then Affinity to edit the Nadir. Note: I tried the 360 pano feather in Lightroom but it did a weird effect on Nadir and well as the Zenith. Like pulling it in together to one spot. Chuck https://app.cloudpano.com/tours/bw7xkntD9z |

@PickChuck Double check some of your connection points ~ you have got some funky navigation going on from pano to pano. On your approach up to the front door going in is fine but, the connections the other direction are missing. in the lower level there are some connection points on the ceiling ditto on the main floor from the kitchen to the dining |

@PickChuck Ignore the bubbles (just playing with connection points) but, this is how I typically put together these 360 tours. All these panos are auto HDR jpg's recycled from the Zillow 3D home tour: https://app.cloudpano.com/tours/E_8OvlwbG |
