Help help help!

I scanned a 500SQM house today and when I uploaded it it came back as "failed" - I tried to stay calm and reuploaded (as recommended but it failed again! I have now made 2 copy's of the model made slight alterations but the model is due at 9am NZ time tomorrow morning and lets be real - I'M FREAKING OUT!
Can anyone assist me? I have contacted MP but with the time zone differences between New Zealand and USA I won't hear back from anyone till either I'm asleep (if I can get any) or it will be too late.

I had the same thing a few weeks ago. After 3 uploads, one finally worked. The next morning the others went from failed to processed.
MP told me it was an issue on their end.

How many scans did you do?

It was 170 scans.... I'm pretty worried its for a really high end realtor.... I'm also almost 2 hours late for a bbq lol not ideal on a Friday night!

Email support and they'll have you walk through the steps to get it resolved. That happened to me once (I had a freak out as well) and they sent it to the lab to find a scan that was broken.

Luckily it's not over the weekend. They should be able to do it tomorrow (or is it today on your side of the planet?)

6 of the same Model have now failed - MP hasn't responded to my emails and I have also called with no response and the model is due in 53 mins. What else can I possibly do???!!!

That's poor form. Did you send one directly to support@matterport.com
Not much else you can do but tell your client it's taking longer due to the size

Have you tried duplicating the scan on the capture app and uploading the duplicate for processing?
