Help help help! I scanned a 500SQM house today and when I uploaded it it came back as "failed" - I tried to stay calm and reuploaded (as recommended but it failed again! I have now made 2 copy's of the model made slight alterations but the model is due at 9am NZ time tomorrow morning and lets be real - I'M FREAKING OUT! Can anyone assist me? I have contacted MP but with the time zone differences between New Zealand and USA I won't hear back from anyone till either I'm asleep (if I can get any) or it will be too late. Thanks in advance |

I had the same thing a few weeks ago. After 3 uploads, one finally worked. The next morning the others went from failed to processed. MP told me it was an issue on their end. How many scans did you do? |

Hey Jamie It was 170 scans.... I'm pretty worried its for a really high end realtor.... I'm also almost 2 hours late for a bbq lol not ideal on a Friday night! |

Email support and they'll have you walk through the steps to get it resolved. That happened to me once (I had a freak out as well) and they sent it to the lab to find a scan that was broken. Luckily it's not over the weekend. They should be able to do it tomorrow (or is it today on your side of the planet?) |

6 of the same Model have now failed - MP hasn't responded to my emails and I have also called with no response and the model is due in 53 mins. What else can I possibly do???!!! | ||

That's poor form. Did you send one directly to support@matterport.com Not much else you can do but tell your client it's taking longer due to the size |

I was reading up on your problem and found a thread that may be of interest. https://www.wegetaroundnetwork.com/topic/494/failed-to-generate-from-scan/ Have you tried duplicating the scan on the capture app and uploading the duplicate for processing? |
