Hi All, Still trying to figure out what is the best way to manage the deactivation/archiving process with my clients. I want to know what others do. - Do you keep checking for the property if it's off the market to deactivate the model? - Do you keep asking the clients if the property is sold? or ask them to inform you once it does? - Do you deactivate after a particular time? Do you charge extra for prolonged activation times? Your help is highly appreciated. - What if property is to be re-list, and client askes you to reactivate it, do you charge extra? |

@misho73 Ideally, you are licensing the use of the Matterport 24/7 Open House Virtual Tour for X months with additional months of hosting at X. This way: 1. You have an option for recurring revenue 2. You know exactly when to either archive the space or give the client an option to add months 3. If the property is re-listed by the same agent, then additional months of hosting 4. If the property is re-listed by a different agent, license the tour with an upfront charge plus hosting Okay? This way, you already know the answers to all your questions before you shoot and post the tour. Dan P.S.
