| Hi, I'd like to make a company to do a scan for me with Matterport. Then, I'd like them to transfer the model from their Capture APP to my capture app on my ipad, that I can manage and hold this model at my ipad. Is it possible? |

Hi, thank you. But if they already have other scans in their app, this method will make backup of entire app. I doubt they will want to give me access to their icloud  I need them to export 1 scan and I'd like to import it to my capture app, where I already have my scans. So two different companies, different devices, different iclouds. |

| I personally use Imazing. I move stuff around all the time. Also use it to back up all my jobs in locations other than icloud. It is very straight forward and easy to use. I use windows 10 desktop. Never had an issue backing up and re-loading spaces. | ||

| You can copy any job fron capture app to any windows computer and load from there to any other ipad | ||
