Tip of the Week -- Hi All, If your pitch to real estate agents is: ==> "help you win more and bigger premium listings" Rather than: ==> "help you get the most offers for the most money - faster - with the least amount of physical walkthroughs" [that the pitch for the agent to win the homeowners listing] ... then you are better positioned for "what happens when the listing is under contract before your photo shoot because you can remind the agent that the shoot is about "helping you win the next listing by providing marketing materials for the "just sold" campaign. This tip is from @lilnitsch (below) from this WGAN Forum discussion: ✓ I am thinking about starting a virtual tour/Real Estate Photograph business Quote: Originally Posted by @lilnitsch Got a tip to share regarding how to still shoot when the listing under contract before your Matterport shoot? @DanSmigrod It also helps to be flexible when it comes to scheduling with your agents/clients. This last particular home is an ACTIVE vacation rental so, being flexible with scheduling to squeeze in between guests really appealed to both the agent and the owner. |
