Has anyone ever shot this?...1313

It's a ladder to a loft space. Just wondering how to go about doing this? Tie the camera on the tripod to the ladder?

Try and shoot on the ground level a bit away from the ladder and extend the tripod high. Go to the top of the ladder and drop the tripod as low as possible.

@Cabrahams

1. Place the camera on a table
2. Hide scan in workshop
3. Fly from top to bottom: no need to 'walk' up the ladder

Or, buy an extra tall tripod for the mid-height scans

Jamie and Dan give excellent examples, we had a similar job and we over scanned the lower area. Then we moved the camera as high as the tripod would take it next to the ladder, then moved it to as low as it would go on the second level. Just remember do not scan in the same place next to the ladder or you will not be able to move thru the model from the lower level to the upper level. You will end up with the model with no way to move thru the model. We left the scan on the same level on the capture app. It worked fine for us.

so i just did a shoot with lofts, and was successful.. i did some on floor 1 and a couple with switching to floor two, worked both ways but was easier just leaving it on floor one. I put the camera as close to the ladder as possible and extended the tripod as high as i could go (scanned) then moved the camera to the loft area as close to the ladder as possible and lowered it to the lowest setting on the tripod (scanned) Worked !!
