I'm embedding a matterport tour with the provided iframe link, and the start screen with the play button just has a black background rather than an image from the tour behind it. I'm also noticing I'm not getting the "Tour...presented by" coming up after play as it does if I just accessed it via the matterport link. Any ideas why is this happening?

Using Chrome and have the tour set to Branded.
