Hello everyone, I’m Tony, New Zealand based, commercial Real Estate agent. Firstly I would just like to say what a wonderful network this is, and I’m so impressed by the positivity and willingness to share ideas and information that can be found in this forum. This really is a credit to Dan. His energy and enthusiasm is evident in every page here. Thank you. I’ve just changed cities and am looking for an edge in my profession. Most tenant inquiries now are generated from online advertising and I’ve Identified that by providing owners with a complete tour and photo package (stills, floor plan, virtual tour, perhaps dolls house) I will gain listings fast and also reduce my own workload in doing inspections for possible tenants who are not suited to the space. No one else is offering this in the market. I’ve purchased myself a Ricoh Theta Z1. I am considering platforms to use. Whilst Matterport is the ultimate I don’t believe I can personally afford it as I will be covering all costs out of my own pocket. The next best I feel is Metareal. I like this because it is a platform that I can start to learn how to edit my own tours on. How about just doing Google Street View tours for any space I have available? I’m concerned that this would not prevent my competition from using my output. Are there others on this forum who are regularly doing scans and tours of commercial spaces (office, retail, warehouses)?? Does anyone have a Metareal example for a commercial space I could view? |

Yes I’ve been watching Zach on YouTube. But have to admit that I haven’t looked into the offerings. Can you recommend?

I'm still studying the platform, it seems nice and quite easy. I can't recommend now, but for sure it worts to have a look inside.
