While Asteroom has many more positive attributes than their ability to save users money, I was talking with a client when he expressed to me the level of savings it actually did for him.



While this tour seems incredibly simple (mainly because it is) he is able to rent out his apartments in this building INSTANTLY. He shared with me that he used to have to pay a property manager $15-$20 per showing of his apartments. This is just one of 41 apartments. He said pictures get people interested in coming to look in person, but the 3D tour with Asteroom got people to commit to renting over the phone. This saved him $15-$20 on every showing. He asked how many times people had looked at the apartment. I shared that 394 people had viewed it.

If only 25% of the people who did a walkthrough made a decision without getting his property manager involved, he would have saved $1500.

I know we often want to market these tours to real estate, but the real marketing potential is "selling" this value to owners of apartment complexes.

How did you come across that client? Actively seeked out (seeing a listing and msg him offering your service) or did he get in contact because of your website etc?
