| Pro 2. It didn’t take long to get the loaner. But they charged me $400 just to snap the case together. Clearly we need rights to repair our own devices, and seek comparable bids. | ||

| Pro 1, 4 weeks turn around and I only had to pay shipping and insurance to Matterport. 1st generation battery issue one cell was not holding charge. MP paid return shipping. No loaner. | ||
