Question of the Day: How do you calculate SQ FT for Invoicing your client? Hi All, The WGAN Forum Question of the Day for Monday, 3 August 2020: If you use SQ FT for billing, how do you calculate the SQ FT for invoicing your client? (I could imagine nearly 10 ways that this is being done today by Matterport Service Providers.) Best, Dan |

I just use the Jump Chrome extension to keep it easy.

I am taking the approx. figure from the client and after processing, we calculate the scanned area manually. If the difference is small, we neglect it. If it is big, we revert to the customer and always we make this condition clear in our quotes.

I use the county records to get SqFt. Must realtors only use living SqFt and never add in lanai's and garage in their SqFt. I always tell them if they want to show the property show the entire property. 94% of home buyers find their property online so show it to them online.
