Matterport Tour by St. Simons Island, GA-based Matterport Service Harlan Hambright Hi All, Here is an example of a CAPTUR3D 2D Floor Plan/Site Plan shown in a single property website created with WP3D Models WordPress Plugin) What I  about this CAPTUR3D created 2D Floor Plan/Site Plan from the Matterport 3D Tour is that the site plan shows how far the property line extends in the backyard. That's not obvious in the Matterport tour because of the "jungle" in the backyard.Plus, CAPTUR3D automatically calculates and includes the approximate SQ FT of heated space. That's helpful for invoicing by SQ FT if the agent does not include the SQ FT in the listing.
