Since purchasing the Pro2 I've been looking for a decent deal on a hard case (I've been using an old soft camera bag). Although keeping my equipment in great shape is a priority, paying hundreds of dollars for a case just doesn't work for me. If I'm going to take a canoe out to an island to scan a home I might invest in a watertight case. I don't see that happening any time soon. I was raised by Depression Era parents. Recycling is never a question. I had this "old" hard travel case, trimmed down the MP Pro2 packing, and voila. I have a case for my iPad and Pro2 with room for a few small accessories. I used scraps from the trim to brace the iPad. |

Nice! I got one of the pelican knock offs at harbor freight a few years ago for like $20 with a coupon that has been perfect for travel and keeping it safe. | ||

@DanSmigrod, thanks! @CTownMedia. Yes, Harbor Freight was on the top of my list. Their newest, 17" wide is what I had my eye on. |
