@DanSmigrod I don't usually publish any specials (or even my best pricing); I DO give new clients a bonus of some sort, and try to tailor it to the client. I've hooked quite a few clients on Matterport by offering it free with purchase of HDR listing photos. Once they see all of the possibilities, they - more often than not - order Matterport as an ongoing part of the package. KF |

@Chemistrydoc, ditto. I just made this offer to a new client this morning. She isn't comfortable with Matterport but wants to give it a try. Because I'm building my business, I told her I would do a package of photos including drone shots, floor plan, Matterport tour. I'm subbing for her regular photographer. So I've asked her to pay me what she would pay her photographer for photos and floor plans. I'll do a mix of HDR, pull some from Matterport. She is a good realtor and good word of mouth is worth more than that package with add-ons. To Dan's point, it would serve me well to come up with a "new client" deal. |

@toddwaddington That's the spirit! It just takes a little creativity and individual negotiation - I NEVER publish a standard "deal". That way, agents can't compare notes!! Lol. Good luck! Keith |

Yeah, the problem with publishing any deals, is that the same square footage I do for a realtor will generally pay half of what a "Matterport provider" will pay. Commercial space, etc. | ||
