FSBOs are good for fill-ins occasionally, but I don't seek them out. I prefer ongoing relationships with busy, working realtors rather than the one off FSBO. Every one that I've done, required a lot more time educating the seller on the whole process. Repeat customers are the ones I cater to now...less hassle. | ||

You would think this would work beautifully. Cheap home owner wants to save 10’s of thousands commissions. So they buy Matterport. But like most FSBO they don’t and you get a referral to your favorite realtor to brand it to him for $200 | ||
