FSBOs are good for fill-ins occasionally, but I don't seek them out. I prefer ongoing relationships with busy, working realtors rather than the one off FSBO. Every one that I've done, required a lot more time educating the seller on the whole process. Repeat customers are the ones I cater to now...less hassle.

You would think this would work beautifully. Cheap home owner wants to save 10’s of thousands commissions. So they buy Matterport. But like most FSBO they don’t and you get a referral to your favorite realtor to brand it to him for $200
