| Hi all, A client wrote me because one of his clients has this strange issue with the tour I provided: everytime they open a tag, a cookie alert pops on their screen. Is it something related to their browser settings? I don't know what to tell them to solve this issue. Thanks, Ale |

| They have a pop-up blocker probably. Which OS? Mac or Windows? Which browser? Suggest they try first on a different browser - Chrome or Firefox, or Safari for Mac. Depending on which browser and which pop up blocker they have will change the resolution. Often, you can say accept pop ups on this site, others you may have to switch off the blocker completely and that they may not want to do. I had a client the other day who had problems because they were still using Internet Explorer. They switched to Chrome and all is ok. I pointed out that Internet Explorer was ancient technology and that it was not even supported by Microsoft anymore. |
