Urgent! Help Please! On Site; Camera not connecting12473

I am using the Pro 2 Camera for only about the 3rd time; I’ve been scanning w the original camera for almost 4 years. I am on site but am getting a message to unplug the camera on my IPad so it’s not connecting. I have RE started IPad and camera but no luck. Has anyone had this problem before and what can I do about it? Help please! Charlie |

you may have dust or lint in your Pro2 Charging port ~ you might try blowing out the charging port | ||

Googled came across an old post here. Someone suggested RE plugging it in and taking out. Of course I don’t have my plug w me but luckily don’t ask me why as I am in a vacant unit there’s a pack of drill bits in a cupboard. I used the smallest one I could find to insert and press down the piece within the hole and voila IPad now appears on the Matterport app!!! Back in business! THANK YOU WGA forum!!!! | ||
