| OK, I have a option of buying someones Classic plan (Basic - 100 spaces - 49.00 a month). After doing a quick forum search, not seeing any questions on this except Dan's request for people to sell their Classic plan, sorry if these questions are a repeat and I just didn't see it. OK, how easy/hard is it to transfer the Classic plan to a new owner? And will Matterport get funny/upset and void the Classic plan once it is transferred to a new person and "upgrade" you? So you process the scans in the new normal Pro plan and then transfer those scans over to the Classic storage? How hard/easy is it to move those scans from account to account without MP police looking for monkey business? And once you hit that Basic 100 scans in Classic, are you able to move up to Pro 200 space level in Classic with the Classic prices? Or are you locked to the Basic 100 level in Classic or offered an "Upgrade" to the new plans? Anyone on here pull this off and wish to share their experience and watch outs? Thanks!!! Tim Thomas |

| Classic plans are locked at the tier they are at, so if you get a 100 scan plan you will not be able to upgrade to 200 or 300. That said, "Once you exceed the number of Spaces included in your plan, additional Spaces are automatically billed at a rate of $19/mo for every 50 Spaces over your included allowance." | ||

| Wellllll the gift card idea to transfer didn't work for us... had to use a real credit card. But other than that transferring a Classic account to a new owner worked. Now to see about transferring spaces from the new plan to the classic plan to see if that still works. Thanks all for the help T |
