Compressing/resizing photos12417

My local MLS will compress the photo if it is above 125K and will resize if it’s above 1280x960. I exported photos from Lightroom at 125K max and noticed a significant drop in quality. Is there another way that I can compress my photos without losing quality?

Or should I just send full resolution/size to the realtor and let MLS compress and ruin the quality?

There is a trial.
See top right last menu option titled ">GET THE TRAIL".

You might need to be on a desktop.
I use the lightroom plugin and it also comes with stand-alone.
Been using it for many years.
