I've tried to get many agents interested in Matterport ford their commercial listings, I get silence. Sure beats the rag-tag images most commercial properties have. With so much profit in Commercial sales and especially lease, 3D tours should be a shoe in. The good side, is that every other commercial real estate firm will want to keep up.

I completely agree, @GETMYVR. I think it's a numbers game. There are many Matterport providers who got in very early and have national cred. They are busy all the time. Just keep plugging along. It's an untapped market and I have to believe they will come around. For a few hundred buck investment (or whatever the going rate) they can replace those AWFUL photos they use to sell . This one is actually decent. A property near me, they got a couple drone shots and one of the underground parking lot???multi-million dollar commercial properties.

And, you have to look at folks like Dan. He has so much going on in this network, his video posts, his links to HUNDREDS of VR related businesses. Let Dan be the example. If I did a third of what Dan does I'd be satisfied with my business. Gotta hustle. It really helps if you are passionate about it.
