| Hi, my pro2 battery isn’t charging after I didn’t use the camera for 5 months. Matterport hasn’t been so useful communicating with me to get it fixed. Could someone refer a tech-service company anywhere in the US who could fix the battery problem with the Pro2? Thanks. |

| Most likely the battery has died to the point that it cannot be recognized by the charging system....fairly common with laptops, phones and tablets. You can take it apart and boost the battery and that should fix it. If you get stuck, we could fix it....I'd need to clear it with Dan as to how we could arrange it if you wanted us to do it. | ||

| We've done WiFi cable repairs (when connector end get broken off). I it's just re-attaching a cable that has come loose, it is something most anyone can do. | ||

| try waking up the battery. cant believe that its dead after 5 months. in my post above that dan had linked to, i did try youtube methods of 'waking up a sleeping battery' |

| Are there any marking on a battery? You can try to find a replacement using power parameters or a model # on it. Matterport do not make batteries and I am sure using something that can be bought directly from its manufacturer. |
