| Hello, I just purchased the new GoPro Hero 8. I'm a newbie with this camera system. I've been testing it for property walkthrough videos and I'm impressed with the image quality but not so much on the stabilization side of things. I have the setting on for Hypersmooth but yet it still looks very jerky to me, looks nothing like the videos I've seen online. If any of you have experience with the GoPro camera for indoor walkthrough's please share the camera settings that you feel works best for you i.e. resolution, frame rate, shutter speed, ISO etc. Thanks in advance. | I understand stabilization is adversly affected by low light conditions. Might be some of the reason at least for poor performance. | ||

| Thanks. There is plenty of light in this home, big windows and very bright LED lighting throughout. | ||

| Thanks everyone for your responses. The Hypersmooth functionality in the GoPro Hero 8 is very good. However, a gimbal will certainly make the footage a lot smoother. That said, I spent quite a bit of time investigating the gimbal options for the Hero 8 and unfortunately due to its new form factor there aren't any gimbals that are compatible at the moment. I dug deeper and actually found one that is compatible. The FeiyuTech G6 Handheld Stabilizing Gimbal for GoPro 8/7/6/5. https://store.feiyu-tech.com/products/g6-overview?variant=31339959255126 Please let me know if any of you have found any other compatible gimbals for the Hero 8.
