Can Captur3D create floor plan from Matterport created with Ricoh Theta Z1?12166

| I have been reading around the benefits and services Captur3D offer and they appear to be of amazing value. However, I have a query regarding the floor plan creation. I understand that you need to use the Matterport tour/software but am I able to purchase floor plans from yourselves if I have produced my tour with a Ricoh Theta Z1? With the Theta Z1 I can not purchase floor plans from Matterport (not that they compare to Captur3D's) but are Captur3D able to produce them? Thanks |

| your ricoh theta tour is on matterport? should be the same as ordering floorplan with regular matterport tour i suppose you can also order 3D floorplan with your regular 2D floorplan |
